Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Thank you for shopping at KinkyNaturals.com. Please note that once an order has been delivered, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Canceling An Order
While we do not accept any returns or exchanges, you may cancel an order before it ships from our production site as long as it has not been packed or staged for shipping. Packaging for shipment occurs within 24hours of you placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Products
Any products received from us in a damaged or defective state may be returned to KinkyNaturals.com after contacting us. Please email images or video evidence of the damaged or defective products to kinkynaturals@hotmail.com.
Local Delivery
All product orders placed during the working week will be delivered on Fridays (Bank Holidays excluded).
Any Friday delivery which falls on a Bank Holiday would be conducted on the following business day.
Local Delivery Lead Time
All orders have at least 24 hours lead time upon receipt of order. Shipping method applies after order has shipped.
Orders placed during a holiday will be delivered on the upcoming Friday, provided that it is not a Bank Holiday. Shipping method applies after an order has been packaged and shipped.
